Recall for ABS fuse. I called to see if the part was available & was told it was, so I made a 10:30 appointment. Dropped off car & was told it would take about 1 or 2 hours. About 4 hours later I received a call saying car was ready, BUT the service hadn't been completed because there was NO PART available.

I brought my car in for a vehicle service. My oil light was on. I was leaking oil from somewhere less than one week later my oil light was back on. and my car is still leaking oil from somewhere I paid $890 something dollars and I am not satisfied at all. I could've taken my car anywhere, but I chose to take it to whom I thought was professional and I'm still dealing with the same issue I had prior I don't understand.

Even with video of my vehicle malfunctioning they advise address it unless they experience they advise they can't address the issue if they don't experience the problem themselves while they have it. Even if the issue has been previously documented and brought to their attention by myself and the previous owner.

Got my car back from balance and rotation of tires. The next day had to get my tires pumped up. Alarm in the car went off a day after balance and rotation was done, when tires showed 28 psi, but tires are suppose to be at 38 psi. With out tires being checked out, I wonder if they even rotated and balanced my tires? Not sure what was done with my car?

Overall the service was ok, however, after I specifically requested they check the tire pressure when rotating them, and I asked and was told they checked the air, when I left and drove a few miles, I checked the tire pressure reading and all 4 tires had different pressure! When I got home, I had to redo all 4 tire pressure.

They are the typical auto dealership - Scammers; slick Wiley's. I was ripped off $240.00 with a new V-Belt replacement. The V-Belt was replaced on Jan 2023 and the engine was replaced in early November 2023. They will do anything to jack-up the customer. That will be the last Hyundai that I will buy. Regards

The technician failed to reset the oil light on the dashboard, and the tires were low on air which was also on the dashboard. Air should've been checked if they rotated the tires. No car should be given back if the dashboard has alert notifications.

Best dealership I've been to, all around. At least, on the service side! When purchasing a brand new car, I've concluded that paying attention to the dealer's 'Service' side of the house is crucial; something I always overlooked. I have been there twice, to order a part and then for a part replacement. The staff is courteous and engaging. I don't think I've spent more than one hour each time I visited. Thank you!

The oil change was fine but while they said my electrical problem with the turn signal not working was fixed, it was malfunctioning almost as soon as my husband got on the highway, after over 2.5 hours waiting. Now I have to make the hour long drive again! Oh, and apparently you have to request to have your car washed instead of it being done automatically as part of the service.

Jenkins Hyundai of Jacksonville had already my car for the trunk opening mechanism already 4 times. It is still not repaired. I have to go the 5th time. During the last repair they scratch fender in my car. Not only, no repair but inflicted additional damage!

Almost a month, and my car, flagship car of this company is still not repair, awaiting the parts, car is under warranty and has only 15,000 +miles. No concierge available. No loaner available. This time around I had an appointment but still had to wait just for a simple assessment of required repairs for more than 2 hours in the lobby. This dealer should never be allowed to service Genesis cars.

Th check-in was on-time an fairly quick. The issue that they need to work on is communication, my car supposse to be there for 3 hours and I had to pick it up the next day after the text msg said it was almost ready and go to the dealership, but it wasn't. Next morning my battery was dead and they had to jump start it. I understand that things happens but they could have communicated better.

If you are in JAX I strongly don't recommend anyone to have this Hyundai/Genesis dealership as your primary service. They did NOT: - wash my car - explain the current status of the vehicle after multipoint inspection - complete all the works in promised timings Also they do not have Uber/Lyft service and you have to wait whatever time for the shuttle service. Other Hyundai dealerships have that Uber/Lyft service by default.
