The fact that Kent stood by his word on the rotors. Didn't ask about the balance of the tires. Firestone said they should have never sold me the truck like that. But it's paid for so they will only do what they can get by with. Took five hours to check and change four rotors. That were all bad/ found by Firestone and out of balance wheels. I watched the young man working on it, he wasted too much time in doing things. Very slow.
