I went in for my free maintenance service. In addition, I told them that water was leaking from my front passenger door after every heavy rain when I open the door water just pours out. He said they checked it and they didn't notice any problem however, that doesn't help me it still happening.

Paid $165 for a diagnostic to be done and they still couldn't give me an answer on what the problem was only a guess and wanted 1000 more dollars to break it down to see if the guess is right. Then I asked for the rest of the paperwork that they kept because I wanted copies of that too, and they wouldn't give it to me. Not the first time I've had a bad experience with the service center.
