Made an appointment on a Saturday. When I showed up with my car the service guy acted like he had no idea why I was there. He told us that no one will be looking at it until Monday. Monday-No calls all day regarding the status on my car service. I called at 3pm. Could not give me a cost of the service until Tuesday. No calls all day Tuesday. I called at 2pm on Tuesday. They had to "call me back with the estimate".

Went in for oil change. Service advisor called and told me it was ready. That's it. Picked up keys and paid at cashier and noticed notes on the report that one would think needed immediate attention or at the very least an explanation when I got the call to pick up the vehicle.

They only did part of the service that was requested. We had to make a second trip. Service writer was unprofessional and needs to stop making the customer feel like they are wrong and stupid. This used to be the very best place for purchasing a vehicle as well as for service. They need better service writers. Mechanic is awesome however.

It a smooth and enjoyable time. I live 30 min from this particular car lot. I choose to drive the distance to have my truck serviced there because they do great work and earned my trust. They also have a good oil change and tire rotation package. I would recommend going there for oil changes and service.

Service advisor, Aaron, was rude and talked down to my wife and I. Then he tried selling me a tune up that I just had done 12,000 miles ago. Since when do vehicles need new shark plugs once a year? I've bought 2 cars here and they've always done my service but I think I'll be trying a different dealer. I don't like being told my vehicles need services I've already had done. I wonder how many people fall for that.

James is awesome. Out of all the area Dodge dealerships, I prefer to go to them. Great oil change prices and their service tells you how it is, they don't try to upsell you on anything. What's broken gets fixed, what isn't, isn't "sold to you" as "you should probably do this too". Good people there.
