Upon arrival I was notified that they didn't have the part(s) or software necessary to complete the recall. It took an extra day, although they delivered my vehicle to my home once completed. Apparently from your records for service this date, no recall service was performed. Strange...

It was good, no complains about about this Dealer...., just with the Ford Warranty Department. If they want people to buy their product/cars; stand behind your cars and don't "weasel out" claiming that the warranty has expired for something that should have lasted a lot longer than the 5 years warranty!

If I could rate this service a "20", I would. I'm surprised that no one has not had this service before. Everything was perfect from the person who scheduled the appointment to the young man who serviced my vehicle to the time he said when he would finish. Service was done properly but the car mileage is set to KM in my vehicle, as I use the metric system. The odometer information was incorrectly entered in the CarFax report and now my car has a extra 20,000 miles while I am planning to sell the vehicle. This clearly affects the value of my vehicle as well as the service scheduling. Please contact CarFax and fix this mess. This is not a setting issue in my car.

They have had it 4 days again and I've not got one single call regarding if they know what's wrong or when I can pick it up. It would seem that the service advisor and his manager dont like electric vehicles.On a personal level that is OK but the Jack Madden dealership sells electric vehicles and there should be a commitment of support at least for recalls and warranty repairs.

Only owning 1 vehicle which was the Explorer which was being serviced, I had to decide how to get home (about 9 miles away). Asked if they had loaner vehicles, not to worry that they would pick the car up at my house and return it after servicing it. No charge for this convivence. True to their word it worked out great.

I should have received a package service, yet based on the service record report from you, there might be only an oil change, no tire rotation, no recall reminder, and no basic safety check. I had several post-phone calls in this regard with the staff and manager there, yet it turned out to be so confusing, disappointing, and unsatisfying and has made me feel so uncertain and scared of the service there again in the future.

Fixed right the first time, every time and a cost that is both fair and reasonable.
