Whent to the dealer to see the car advertised, I drove seventy miles, after all I couldn't buy the car due to not being ready for sale. Imagine, you take pictures, you advertise the product and it was not ready. I thought it was supposed to be backwards., the product is there for one to test and buy. I sent an inquire to JM, sales rep did reply in a timely manor. When asked for information concerning the RX and the published Carfax he misunderstood my question and was referring me to contact service. Seemed to me there was little interest in having me come to the dealership to get real eyes on the RX. No one else ever followed up. I did not buy from them.

...JM Lexus had a "recently" add a trade-in car, the same day someone told me yes the car is available when I get the dealer the car wasn't in the computer system of the dealer, I had to show my text message to the man that I was talking then he went inside one office came back and "that car was sold yesterday tale"...they want to show me others more expensive so I bought the Lexus on a different dealer.
