Service advisor KG was very helpful. Unfortunately the mystery problem of my 2021 Santa Fe transmission going into limp mode at a very inopportune time could not be diagnosed or duplicated. Now I'm left waiting for it to happen again leaving me stranded and paying another expensive towing bill.

I have no idea what they did. I took my car in for a recall and they wanted to perform other work that they wanted me to pay for. I refused to sign or approve any service on my vehicle since I didn't believe the recall was completed. So why they serviced my vehicle for this review, no clue

We were told our oil changes were complimentary for our whole lease. It turns out that's not true. There is a miles limit. I'm sure it is in the fine print somewhere, but we just trusted our salesperson. They didn't tell us that it was complimentary until after the service was completed.

I had to take my car back three times to get my parking brakes finished, and they are still not right. The tech said they are working correctly, but I have NEVER been able to push my parking brake pedal to the floor, and the car still moving when parked on a hill! I have only been driving this car for eight years. It did not get washed either!

The customer service was a fantastic. I have had an issue with getting my car in my name for Hyundai's system for a while now. They all were very helpful with getting my information and corecting the problem. My intial service call was for a knocking noise when I turn, which could not be heard or found but everyone was great and very helpful.

Had appointment at 730 am, dropped car off the night before. Did not hear anything about car all day. Had to call several times that day with no returned call ever. Was quoted a ridiculous amount for a 50 dollar part that took my friend 10 minutes to fix. Was charged over 200 dollars FOR DIAGNOSTIC for them to tell me what I already told them was wrong with car. RIDICULOUS!
