Efficient and professional. Expected it to take longer. Pleasantly surprised. Did have to call back to have the instrument panel returned to the its original position. Free car wash was nice but disappointing. Quick job overall, with windows left spotted and still showing a wiper pattern, All things considered, it was a good experience.

Timely and did the work we requested. However after rotating the tiers, they didn't recalibrate the TPMS and we got a shock on the way home when the warning popped up and had to pull over to check the tires. Since all were good, I figured that recalibrate was all that was needed.

Alan was great. Very communicative and caring. He was also honest and fair. Whoever performed the service did a good job and all is well with the car. They did make suggestions about future service but there was no hard sell or guilting. I would definitely return if ever needed.

I went in for a recall on my air bag and found out a bulletin went out on a module for my air bag that expired a year ago but I was not notified of the bulletin. They would only give me a 25% discount which meant I would have to pay over $500. I think Honda should honor the bulletin and make the repair at no charge. We are in the market for a new vehicle but with that kind of service it probably will not be a Honda.

I had an appointment at the Gainesville store but called and called and could not get through to cancel. I drove up to your Ocala store and he was so accommodating and friendly so I sat and took care of my oil change and tire rotation.

Surprisingly pleasant experience. Lee Cook checked us in, told us how long we would be, gave us an unexpected food ticket which kept us occupied during our time there. Inspection was completed and explained. Then, we had questions about the connection of our phone with the cars GPS and a young technician patiently went over how to use the system. We will return to Ocala Honda.
