Great job by their service department. They had discovered a timing cover leak on a multi point inspection. The repair was $$ due to labor & required a 2 day repair. Loaner was provided. Felt comfortable having the Honda technicians handle this as it was a bit more involved. Highly recommend Honda of Kenosha for Honda service needs.

Service was excellent. Brought it in for and oil change and tire rotation. The inspection revealed a few other possible future issues but nothing that needed urgent attention. Service representative helped me understand the inspection results and prioritize future service. In and out under the projected time.

they put the wrong mileage for my car. I have only 8,990 miles as of today. So now I will be fighting with the car warranty since it was "documented" by the dealer as to me changing it somehow to the correct mileage and now it will be out of warranty

I was told that a tire had a non-repairable screw leak in the sidewall and that I needed a new tire. It was not true. The screw was in the tread and had not penetrated the tire. There was no leak. The screw was removed and no repair or replacement was necessary. Other services appeared satisfactory (oil change, tire rotation, interior cleaning (Auto Butler) and windshield treatment (Diamond).
