I was not impressed with our salesperson or the dealership in general. They didn't listen or ask questions and played all the old games we hate about buying cars like adding LoJack to the invoice after we clearly said we didnt want it. We walked away and ended up buying a Chevy and had a great buying experience at a different dealer. Got way more car for the money too.

I was just starting my search and saw a car I was interested in at Honda Cars of McKinney. Michael, my salesperson was laid back, informative, and made me feel comfortable with the process. He was a perfect gentleman! After some health issues I didnt feel completely ready to buy. Michael was never pushy or annoying, as can be the case, in some instances. I will seek him out when I am ready to buy.

Very rude all the way around. The finance guy was rude, because they could not beat mybleander and it was only a 10k car. I could afford more car but it's not hatvibneedd to do. Beware, They add a Kahu system that Adds $750 all the vehicles but they dont disclose that until they come back with an offer sheet. It was not reflected in the online advertised price. Unfortunately they had the vehicle I needed.

Felt very rushed, but I told them I was just looking. Got to test drive the car so that was good, loved the car. Went inside to talk numbers, I wanted to see what they could offer me for my trade in. This was going to determine if I was gonna move forward or sell it online or locally through ad. He wouldnt tell me. So I left kinda frustrated. We set up a time so I could come back after my loan got approved. They called me so many times in those two days, i worked doubles so I couldnt answer. They left voicemails saying we cant wait to earn your business and look forward to seeing you. Also I was texting with them back and forth. NOT ONCE DID THEY MENTION THEY SOLD THE CAR. I come in for my appointment and it was awkward so I knew something was up. They sit me down and said what happened, we sold the car, we told you this could happen, but if you could give us a down payment right now, when another one like it comes in we can set it aside for you
I dont understand why they couldnt have told me this through text or voicemail so I didnt waste my time coming up there for no reason. And I still wasnt able to get them to look at my car to get a price for trade in.
