My appointment was at 0800 and they started working on my recall at 0800. I loved the status text messages. The only thing that I questioned is the recall was on the tire inflation kit. I can't understand why Honda didn't send new kits so it was a simple swap out the kits. Five minutes tops instead of one hour. That's not on the dealer though but Honda could have done better with that.

They did the oil change and the fuel pump recall. They told me there was a software update, but that would take all day. They did tell me I could do some of the update on my WiFi at home, but I have not figured that out yet. They did finish the work early, so did not have the sit in the service waiting room for an extra hour.

First oil change & tire rotation had issue with of LF tire & TPMS and had them check it - 2 days later the same tire had same issue which meant they didn't rotate or check the tire leak - took it elsewhere and had the tire repaired made me question their service

Wanted to replace brand new struts because the thought they might be making the noise, but couldn't tell me specifically what was causing noise, which doesn't happen all the time. Didn't even do the simple things like changing a filter or installing a wiper blade

The service takes too long. For something simple like an oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take 2-3 hours. I used to deal with the Honda in Winston Salem, NC and I was in and out under an hour. You guys need to learn from them, and see how they are doing this efficiently. People's time is precious, no one wants to waste a good portion of their day getting an oil change and tire rotation.

They take a long time in servicing plus are not in contact with the customer. They miscomunicate a lot, make a lot of mistakes . They told my husband a service would take 4-6 hours but the vehicle ended up staying till the next day. They told us at 4:00pm after waiting all day that the vehicle would have to stay. They wrote down the wrong mileage on my receipt and then sent the correct receipt to the wrong address

The service representative, Colin Ashe is extremely helpful and will keep me returning there for service. This service also included a recall item which required a day and half without my car and was inconvenient. It would be very helpful if Honda corporate made a ride home and a pickup to get your car available when recalls required maintenance lasting three or four hours.

I pulled in without an appointment. My brakes had been sounding bad but I'd been too busy to get them checked. Then I was driving to Augusta and suddenly there was a horrible sound even when the brakes weren't applied. So I made a U-turn back to Honda Cars of Aiken. About three hours later I left with new brakes and a blissfully silent car.

They kept my Car from Friday until Tuesday evening. When i asked about what was going on they lied and said that it was the battery, even though the battery they said was fine. I took the car to another Honda dealership and they addressed the issue properly and also previous issues that i had inquired about when taking my care there to be serviced.

On September 24, I visited Honda of Aiken. I brought my vehicle in because one of the tires was losing pressure. I asked for a wheel rotation and to check all tires. I was told my tire was losing air because of a bent rim, so I replaced the rim. The rim was $800 dollars. The same tire has been losing air, so I decided to take my car to Acura. There was a huge nail in my tire. Did I buy an $800 rim for nothing?

My appointment was at 10:15, I was supposed to wait for service. I arrived early and was told that my Service would have to be delayed for some reason. I was offered a ride home and told that you would pick me up when the car was done. 4 hours later I was picked up and got my car. Appointments don't appear to be a really meaningful thing, I will probably go elsewhere for Service in the future.
