Before I collected my vehicle, (this was their second attempt to correct the malfunction) I got a text stating there will be a slight smell of gas. On my previous visit, I expressed concern that the residual gas fumes lasted for 3 days and requested necessary care be taken, however, the car was given back to me with high gas fumes which lasted 7 days.

The service from Sherman was good. The tech who did my tire rotation failed to tighten my tires putting my family and I in danger. The front tire was so loose you could wobble it once in the air. These things need to be taken more seriously when completed.

Wanted the car they had but couldn't get together on the numbers. I told them I would have to pass and I went and bought another car. Four days latter I get notification that they had lowered the price lower than what I had offered . They lost out on that deal cause I was a cash buyer !
