Everybody I spoke with treated me with respect.
The dealership itself was immaculate. Good coffee. Good vibes.
After I purchased the vehicle it did take 2 days for it to be ready.
The vehicle was used and the tires were at the absolute bare minimum of legal and that makes me feel unsafe driving the car in the rain.
I knew the car was used but did not know the tires were in such a severe shape that I would feel unsafe. I don't think that was a very cool move by them.

My experience wasn't the worst, but certainly wasn't the best, either.
To start off with, I live over an hour away from the dealership. I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase online after researching and shopping. I sent in a request for information about the vehicle around 4 PM on Friday, July 10th and received a phone call shortly after from Malory to schedule a time Saturday, July 11th to come in and test drive/see the car. She told me she would call me back around mid-morning the next day to get a more decent time slot pinned down, since I was unsure about timing, but knew it would be in the late afternoon/early evening.
Next, I received a call at 12:30 PM on Saturday from Alex and set a time to come in at 3:00 PM that day. My parents and I left to begin the drive there around 1:30 when I got another call around 2:15 PM, mid-drive, from Zhong Ren saying the vehicle was unavailable, asking me if I was interested in another vehicle. Of course, I was upset, but figured that we were halfway there, so why not go the rest of the way. When I arrived, the Jetta SEL was sitting at the front, I went inside and asked to speak with a manager. I don't remember his name, but the sales manager came out and asked what the issue was, when I described it, like above, he told me he'd see if they had any other similar vehicles in stock (they didn't). Then as he began to try and talk me into something different than what I wanted, Malory came out with the keys and said "there's about a 10% chance the sale is going to go through, they're at finance now and it's not working". So I guess I was lucky?
Long story short, Zhong was great, but this dealership is not. They told me it was "first come, first served" but that vehicle was on their lot since the end of May, so when they knew I was coming, and from where I was coming, I'm unsure why they attempted to sell it out from under me. Incredibly unprofessional, and that's not even addressing the embarrassing offer they tried to make on my vehicle. I won't be back--there's no reason to pass up the 3 other Volkswagen dealers from where I live, to Frisco.
Joke of a dealership.

I liked the communication. I just didnt like the fact that after I test drove the vehicle, it wasnt ready to be bought. It had to go through an inspection that would only be done if I put down $1000 as a commitment to buy. I was told that they didnt want to try to fix anything on the vehicle unless someone was committed to buy. I put down the 1k only to get a call back telling the vehicle didnt pass the inspection and they couldnt sell it to me. I got my 1k back so I lost time. I dont know if this was the real reason why I want sold the vehicle or not because the vehicle still listed after 5 days of being told it wasnt sellable .

Would not negotiate on my auto or their car, they are nice people to visit with, but one time on the morning of the 9/10/18 one person called, after our conversation he said he would call me back that evening, it is now 9/14/18 has not called yet. On 9/11/18 I called a salesman and left ma message to call me Please, have not heard back yet this is is 9/14/18, a third time with another person with the same result. If one person had responded I would have gone back and tried a different deal.
