Well, I honestly would not recommend that anyone buy through any dealership whether its selling new or used vehicles because it's high pressure sales and with that comes a lot of BS such as intimidation, and it not being the least of these and good old-fashioned lies. It's what they do and how they got trained. I don't take it personal, I just don't/won't buy a vehicle the conventional way. Besides, why would you willingly put out more money when it is avoidable?

This dealer is a JOKE! They DO NOT honor what they propose for a deal. One of the sales managers made me an offer, I told that will return in the next day to close the business... and unbelievable.. after the store was closed... this "manager" called me saying that I needed to finish the business in that... otherwise, the price would be 50% more than what was offered. I told him that we had a deal.. and he told me.. no.. that offer was NOT official! So... they DO NOT HONOR their commitment. I called them.. they told that would be calling me.... email the general manager.. and UNTIL NOW.. they DID NOT contact me! If, as a customer, I could advise you... do not WAST your time making business with this dealer.

I am very upset with this dealer. I bought a car 1/25/2020 from this dealer. I was told it was reconditioned and had been thru a 34 point inspection. The dealership is in KS, I live in MO. I took the vehicle to my mechanic to have the safety inspection done to license the vehicle. It failed miserably. The two back tires are almost bald on the inside, the front tires are marginal, the rear brakes are bad and one of the calipers is actually twisted thus there is no noise. Also, the abs light and the anti skid light came on last Friday. My mechanic said the car is unsafe to drive. I have contacted Bernard Brown who is a consumer attorney for help in this matter. I have not contacted the dealership as of yet as I am waiting to see what the outcome is from my mechanic. I traded in an older car and paid cash for the difference. I didnt sell my old car to anyone as I didnt want to feel liable if anything was to happen as it was 20yrs old. I told the dealership I have a disabled son and wanted a safe car for our small business and for trips. I have a couple of friends who referred me to this dealership. Nice facility, very nice people so far, but they failed miserably on this one... how this car got on the lot with issues such as we have after supposedly having a 34 point inspection is beyond me. We like the car. I hope they agree to reimburse us for the repairs its the right and honest thing to do. Im not so sure Rick Hendrick would be happy to know his name is on this deal. Very disappointed. I feel very violated and taken.

The price on the website was $x. When I got there the young lady was polite. We went on a test drive everything was fine. Got to the negotiation and the price jumped up $1k. Manager said the price on the website was with a $1k trade-in. We were paying cash with no trade so that price didn't apply. They also had several hundred dollars of add-ons to the car not shown on the website. Plus $700 admin fee. This is as high as I've ever run into. So if I thought we were going to buy the car for $x they came back at nearly $x + $4k. Then they were trying to get me to finance. We had a finite amount of cash to spend not interested in financing and telling me that you get a kick back from the bank doesn't help me so why say it. Won't recommend this dealership to anyone asking.
