Great experience. The staff were very helpful in assisting me while I waited for my car to be serviced. I needed to do some work and they provided new with a desk so I could set up my laptop!!! Malie in the service department was exceptionally attentive and professional.

Customer service and communication with clients is lacking. Should not have taken two days for an oil change and recall fixes that were taken into account when making the appointment. Should have received a call before 10 minutes before closing to get an update (tried calling at 4:15 and no answer/left message).

They were very unresponsive to our phone calls and any follow-ups. We literally had to go into the dealership to get them to respond and even then we waited a long time to get someone to talk to us.

Took them 8 hours just to run a simple diagnostic. Then they didn't have the part to fix my car so I took it back in the mean time. They never contacted me to schedule the last service and it took over a month of me calling daily to get on the calendar which was another month out.

Recalled to install anti theft software for Kia fob key owners. Friendly helpful service. I like they have a shuttle service but the first shuttle driver to my home was a recklessly speeding jerk who should be fired. The driver on my return trip was responsible,, friendly so he got a tip.

Thanks for the updates on recent Kia anti theft decals. Recommended repair for brakes, air filter and the $80 cost to replace thermostat cap was delivered by Amazon for $8. Brakes at Les Schwab in August or early September. Air filter replacement pending next oil change in October.

They couldn't do the job, which was replacing failed weather stripping. However, they wouldn't say so, and they held on to my car for three weeks. In addition, it was very hard to get a hold of them and get an update. Basically, I got the runaround.

They appear to be always busy or short-staffed. Even with appointment I'd have to wait 10-15 minutes before a service advisor can get to you (this time I saw only 1 advisor working). Good luck when you call and try to get a hold of the guy to find out status of your car.

I took my car in to get its scheduled service. Customer service was excellent from start to finish: courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. The offices and waiting area are organized and clean. When my car was ready, I went to get it and found they had washed my car. Highly recommend!
