Excellent service at our home. The technician explained everything and told me what to expect. Bad, wish this never would have occurred. Did not buy a car to not be able to use electric. Also, upset that now people get a power station for garage. I did not get that yet had to deal with no electric power for at least 5 months.

But, my total service cost ended up being much higher at $1,553.71 than my initial quoted total out the door price estimate of $1,336.79 from my service advisor.

There for the Werks oil change, tire rotation, etc. The appointment was easy to make online, stayed with the car in waiting room while the work was done. They took the car right away and it was only just over an hour, they even washed the truck. Easy going, nice experience.
