They did a thorough job repairing my car. Also, they a great job cleaning the rodent debris off of the engine. Car was picked up and delivered to me promptly. The guy who did that, was extremely pleasant & cooperative.

Started good with visit and quote and accepted both doors even thought wasn't sure on one was needing work yet. Asked about 1 door and detail (was willing to pay for). When a few days passed and didn't hear anything I checked. Text follow service app said needed authorization and was worried since leaving town in few days. It didn't say getting serviced. Left 2 msg and text that was slow to be returned so stressful. Then authorization that made me think not being serviced yet was attempt to upsell over $8k in service suggestions because had no record. Of course no record was first service. Ubered to pick up car and glad I did before service team left since sensor steering or something off but safe to drive. Tech was nice and reset. Then wash was without even vacuuming back seats. Just seemed like an off week I guess.
