Had to take car back in because it was making a clunking sound. Found out later that the lug nuts weren't fully torqued in. Was told that I would get notified on status of parts for car. Had to call to find out what was going on at the end of the day. Was never even offered a temporary car to use in the mean time. Guess I'll start taking my car to another dealer.

I have a lifetime warranty and they replaced my electric rack and pinion steering assembly and steering column u-joint for my 2014 Ram Tradesman for my $100 co-pay. Probably a 3 to 4 thousand dollar job, or more. I'm never selling that vehicle. Service staff very friendly and helpful.

Could not reach Griffin service personnel by phone+no one returned my call when I left my name and number. I went to Griffin personally and made the appt. I had great service for the oil change and multi-point inspection. Ordered parts for Recall notice I received. Hope someone eventually calls to schedule Recall service appt when parts are in.

Terrible service. Every time I take my vehicle here I have a bad experience. One time I dropped off my vehicle it was returned with additional 400 mile on the odometer. They offered no explanation. This time I dropped it off they had it for one week and never fixed the problem so I took it somewhere else to get repaired

I came in with an onscreen/radio problem and the technician took care of the problem after scoping the car on the diagnostic machine. The technicians also did an oil change and inspection on the car. This was the worst experience I have been had at a dealership. They didnt call me when my car was done, which my car sat there for a week until I called for an update. Which resulted in this response, oh yeah, thats been done. Also, when I asked the service provider why something wasnt covered under warranty he responded, I dont know. I will never go back!
