Arrived at 3 pm and truck was taken right back. Then it took 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Once completed I went to get into my truck and the mechanic left black grease hand prints all over the drivers side door of my white truck. Then to top it off I received my complimentary multi point inspection and everything is marked that they didn't look at it. Could you receive any worse service???

The service manager Andy was very arrogant and rude. And was trying to charge me for labor work that was not performed instead of adjusting the labor he decided to charge me an 1hr and 30mins when it only took them 57mins or possibly less to complete it and also was trying to make me pay out of pocket for a repair that was covered under my warranty as well. I do not recommend him at all!!

Great interaction with staff. Very respectful and showed concern with my issues with the Jeep Wrangler. Only concern was the speed that ordered parts arrived. Not their fault, but affected the timeliness of the repairs/service.

It was ok. Wait was long but my car has been making a noise since I had my tires rotated that wasn't there prior to getting it done. I went in for a routine oil change & tire rotation. They were down a mechanic that day.

Andy is always eager to help with my repairs. I had to replace my radiator and alternator and Andy was helpful in communicating with my extended auto service coverage to get the payment to cover the cost under my contract. Andy helped me to decided to go with original dodge parts through Griffin because the original part had a two year warranty not because the cost of the original parts would be more, he understood me and my concerns.

They took my truck on Friday after Thanksgiving even thought I did not have an appointment. I had an air restricted in the air intake. They found a birds nest in the ductwork. My truck was ready that afternoon. I only have the best things to say about the service manager.
