My new Service writer Lisa is the ONLY reason why I return to Grieco Ford.
She is incredibly responsive and does what she says she will do.
The two previous Service writers were lazy and did not provide good customer service.
As long as Lisa is there I will continue to bring my f 150 there for service.

The Service Advisor was ready when I arrived to book me in for my service.
I was given the estimated time of the service, sat in the comfortable waiting area until the service was completed. The Service Advisor went over the work done. Finally, we final check out to assure everything was done as expected!

The car was in mid November for balancing tires. It was evidently out of alignment also, a service not requested. Car continued to drive pulling to one side, I took it back. The Service Advisor I spoke to, Manny Rodriguez, explained what need to be done, took the car, reviewed the concern with the Service Man and the car was fixed. Manny explained what the issue was and I was extremely pleased. Manny is the Man! Thank you.

It was great. Nice large lobby for waiting for your car. The service employees were honest and polite. At the end, the service man explained everything and said if you have any other issues, please come back. I will. My service man was a very fast talker, but very quiet when talking. Ask him to slow down and he did so.

Very bad representative! I took an appointment at 7:45 am and I got my car back at 1pm for a simple oil change.
When I complained, the rep told me to bring my car to a Jeep dealership!
I wasn't told anything specific regarding my car and the next day my battery died!

They had our vehicle for 21 days. Total could not figure out that it was the right strut bearing was worn out. Another dealer found it in 20 minutes. Their master technician is a joke. I cannot believe they could not figure out how to fix a Ford explore I would not take my car there if I were you 21 days in three attempts, and they still gave it back to me with the problem.

Intermittent brake Problem was originally grossly misdiagnosed as electronic HCU failure . I came in months after with one possible (internet researched) intermittent ground fault. The newbservice tech (10 years under the rack) looked up everything else service bulletined. He found something that turned out to be the problem, crimped old brake hose. Fixed. $500 rather than the $6500 originally diagnosed as implausibly intermittent.

Lisa, the service writer I used, was extremely professional and stayed on top of the service being performed to my vehicle and gave me regular updates. A very professional dealership compared to other Ford dealers in the area like Ford in Margate or Sawgrass Ford. I did not have the best experience at those dealerships over the years.
