I was in for an oil change.The service advisor was fantastic. The technician who changed the oil did not properly lock the access panel back in place SO I was driving around with the panel dragging and flapping for 2 days until I went back. Fortunately, my advisor had me in and out within 30 minutes for the fix.

I bought new tires and they did not check the tire pressure. When I picked up the car the tire pressure light was on. I waited 45 minutes and they tried to fix it and could not. Plus they fixed a warranty issue with the ignition. Then the remote did not work so I needed to use the key to lock the car. I had to bring in back the next day. They wasted hours of my time. Unacceptable.

What I like is the kind and friendly staff they have. They always try to work out the best possible solution for your vehicle.
What I don't like is that they took back the little free snacks (cookies) that went with the coffee.
Overall I would not take my car anywhere else but West Palm Beach Kia..

Not good service, they charged hidden fees at the end, a Doc Fee $5.00 dlls due that they have a cybersecurity attack, like the customers have to deal with it and also a $25dlls servicing fee, on top of the services that they charge me. Not coming to do my service with them ever. They are just taking advantage of people.

I like that the brakes and rotors was checked out in the oil was changed, but after the next day, I started to notice that when my car sits, the thermostat light comes on and then the AC starts to get warm as long as I'm driving it turns super cold. I just can't let the car sit while the AC is on and even when I'm not using the AC the thermostat light will still stay on if the car sits running without movement

Very disappointed, they so quick to put you in a car but slow to help you get out of it if it's a situation that bothers you with a possible recall on the purchased vehicle and you get stuck paying for a new car that comes with problems, not one person tried to assist me with my concerns. Once car was purchased everybody acted like they never knew me.

My service was at 10:30 and I had to wait till 7 to get my car back, they didn't comunícate like always, I wanted to get my tire changed (that i found flat when i got to the dealership) and my AC fixed but no one answer my calls I'm dissapointed because I always do my maintance at Kia also they wanted to give my credit card information to pay because they were closing

Arrived at service department for a scheduled appointment but no one available to check you in. I went inside to the service department in the sixth service advisors did not want to be bothered. It ended up taking about 20 minutes to find someone to get checked in. I was told it would take about 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation.

Almost 5 starts. I would like to note that I bought my kia at Greenway Kia, service was excellent from the beginning to end with the keys on my hand. This time I was changing oil on the kia, everything was great but unfortunately they forgot to reset the reminder that pop up on the screen to change oil. I will have to go back.

I was kept informed of the progress of the service, in a very comfortable waiting area. Checkout was quick and easy.
