I recently had my tire rotation and cabin air filter replacement done at Gray-Daniels Toyota, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed. The service was prompt, the staff was courteous, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. My car feels like new again, and I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance needs. I purchased the 2012 Toyota Rav4 on June 15th. I took it back 1 week later because the button for the radio is broken, I can't pair anything with Bluetooth now, and the 5th door or back lift door has an exterior panel that is separating from the vehicle. 1 week is as long as I have had the vehicle and the flat out refused to fix either issue. I will never purchase another "certified" used vehicle from this dealership!

The people that work gray-daniels toyota are just average workers nice people but they were (carefully respectful). At gray-daniels Chevrolet during the my ownership of a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu the service department is 3× above average, they made you feel a home.
