Went to dealer for a minor recall item repair. When ready to leave, was told I needed 4 new tires and an immediate alignment at a total cost of over 1200.00. My car only has 22,000 miles on it and the tires and alignment are in excellent condition. Gouging customers to increase revenue is not a good way to keep customers.

Sorry for this misunderstanding, as per our phone call your tires are in the yellow at 5/6 and was NOT recommended for replacement at this time. Thank you for the opportunity to speak with you and clear this up.

Ultimately, there are TRUST ISSUES with the way some businesses use MONEY MAKING SCHEMES to get MORE $ out of customers .... but there is a SENSE of Professionalism, Quality Service, & Affordability .... in keeping my vehicles service there.

$372 for a battery! Diagnostic rate shouldve gone toward my battery price! Thats usually how it goes! Mayes me want to trade my Nissan for a Honda!!

I have a very slow leak that I requested to have checked. Grainger put dye in the engine so that we can find exactly where it is. The service advisor (CJ/Nick) was very helpful.

Great greeting and help getting my first service. Took the exact time promised. Car was washed as promised. The board didn't update my progress thru the procedure as it did with others. I think the rep assigned originally was responsible (Reddy) since none of his cars were updating but when I asked the woman in charge, she got on it immediately. Car was washed but not vacumed. Surprised me and was a little disappointed in that.

My only Issue is tat the mechanic not washing their hands before getting into the car at least wash your hands or have someone else to drive the car... This is the 3rd time that my car was return dirty/black smudge stains inside door, arm rest, set ,gear, and steering wheel.

I wish there was a 0 star. Not really Grainger more Kraft Nissan in Tallahassee and just Nissan in general. I had a 12 month 12000 mile warranty on a fuel pump that they refused to honor even after calling Nissan corporate. We are selling my wifes 2018 Murano and we will never own another Nissan product.

Horrible my recalls could not be taken cared of because of the vehicle not being registered In a salt state. So they would not take care of the recalls but the vehicle came from a sold state with the damages and now i have to pay out of my pocket to get them done. That is not right.

Brought vehicle in for a braking system recall service and was told that the recall service repair could worsen the symptom I was experiencing worse (occasional soft brake pedal), so I would need to reschedule another service appointment for a more comprehensive diagnosis which would cost $170. They said a lot without any real information. What did the mechanic discover that would make my brakes worse if the recall service (P0A08) was done?
Sharing what are the possible one, two or three scenarios the full diagnosis will discover and their solutions, would have deserved five stars.
