Fantastic experience. We are full time RVers so it's hard to know who to take our truck to for service. We were going to be in the area for only two weeks and needed some major engine repair. They got the work done as promised and updated us when they said they would.

The new building is beautiful. I was able to leave my vehicle over the weekend, and upon reopening Monday, the shop was able to assess the situation and order the part promptly. The car was ready is a very reasonable timeframe, and they worked with my third-party warranty for me also.

Excellent Service. Very precise and complete. Repaired the issue without question. Provided a loaner for the duration of the repair. Loaner was newer and in great shape. All questions were handled by the service rep with ease and expertise. I had one discussion with the Service manager and he clarified the concern that I had. Overall, an EXCELLENT service visit, which is the norm for this service group.

I went in for an alignment and a state inspection. I had brand new tires with less than 2K miles on them. They told me I needed over 6K of work when it had just been in the shop less than 2 months ago, including 4 new tires.

Our team does their best to provide top tier customer service with the highest level of workmanship. Vermont state inspection requirements are the same no matter what inspection station you go to. With 125,000 miles on your 6 year old truck, inspection related repairs are likely which lighting, wheel bearings and control arms definitely failed your inspection. Your loose control arms and wheels bearings will definitely wear your tires aggressively. It's always recommended to have your vehicle aligned whenever new tires are installed which would have caught these failed components. You could contact the repair facility who installed your tires to see if they performed an alignment or recommended to do so. Our service manager Ryan will be reaching out to offer alternate aftermarket repair options to possibly save you some money.

Did not fix my issue, sent me on my way for the same problem to arise again at a very inconvenient time. Did not replace starter like I had asked and still charged me. Now they will not refund me money for another starter I had put in at an aftermarket shop.

We appreciate all feedback to continuously improve upon our customers experiences. It appears your starter was replaced last July (2023) with 30,576 miles while your vehicle was still under base warranty. On 5/28/2024 at 45,209 miles we found your battery cables loose, a new Interstate battery had been installed without the lock down installed or protective cover properly in place. After we installed battery hold down, protective cover and tightened loose battery cables your battery and starter passed battery/starter test. We do not replace components that are operating as designed and not failing at the time of service. Your base warranty which covers your starter expired on 3/4/2024 and 36,000 miles which you were both 3 months and 9,209 miles beyond coverage limits. You were only charged our base diagnostic fee to cover our technicians time to remedy and test starting concern. You were not charged for a starter on either service visit. Very helpful. Found the two problems and fixed one through a warranty repair document at no charge to me. Gave me a great price on the second part and even found my truck had a recall they took care of at the same time. As soon as they found my truck wasn't going to be done that day they gave me a loaner truck to use until finished. Mike in the service department should get a big kudos. Glad I bought a ram.
