Gosch Hyundai Service Hemet has demonstrated superior customer/technical service. I have been bring all of my Hyundai vehicles for 11 years. I trust no else with my vehicles. I am moving to Texas and I hope I find another Hyundai service department with superior standards like Gosch Hyundai Service. Thank you GF, AC, JD, CH (Hyundai side), and TH (Ford side).

Anthony is great and easy to work with..doesnt push unnecessary service. My only negative is being approached in waiting area by 2 salesmen wanting to try to 'upgrade' me to a new or newer vehicle. I really just wanted to read while waiting..not defend reasons I wasn't interested.

Went in for a oil leak and some wire repair on the way home the car overheated because they forgot to put my radiator cap on now its back in the shop with a blown head gasket and then then wanted to tell me there only gonna cover 85% NOPE its there fault in the first place and there covering it 100% ,,,I will never buy car there ever again

I have been going to gosch Hyundai for about 2 and 1/2 years. Their service department is the best around guy is an excellent manager and he helps people understand what is needed to be done with their car all the service writers for Gosch Hyundai is excellent deserves a bonus. Also the cashier also earns or deserve a bonus because she always has a smile she always listens and she makes you feel like part of the family.

This is just based on oil change wait time. Back in July I had a 2 hour wait time for an oil change is a bit much for me. They asked me to give them another chance. So I go today and was told wait time is 3 hours. You either drop off or wait the 3 hours. Last time going to Hemet Hyundai. If you don't mind the wait feel free to used the Hemet Hyundai

If you own a Hyundai, then gosh Hyundai service is the best, talk to guy or anybody else at the death of Hyundai they will take care of you they are honest and they're up front. And their cashier will also answer any questions she can and if she can't she will find someone that can answer the question which is the best type of service anyone can ask for.
