Went in for a recall (software update) on my Leaf. They told me I needed to have the brake fluid replacement service (something that needs to be done at most every 18 months), which I had done at this dealership 6 months ago. Their checklist of advised services listed this as "critical." They also called & texted that I needed to bring my car in for this recall, a week after I did so. Avoid this place.

I paid near 3000 for a reparation. I barely use my car because I use my husband's car. I sincerely think I was a scam victim. They made me paid other 1500 for another reparation some months ago. They didn't find anything wrong in the general inspection. Furthermore, they didn't even clean-wash the car. It was very dirty.

I always feel like in getting scammed when I go to this location. I try to hear them out but they get an attitude as soon as you tell them you need to call someone to make sure you need everything they tell you need. In sorry if I hesitate to spend 500 dollars. Customer service goes bad to worse after you tell them you dont need all things they want you to get, so disappointing.

As always, my experience was exceptional. I am always treated like I am the most important customer they have. My service representative was new, but worked very hard to make sure I understood everything they were doing. The ladies in the service office are priceless. They are very efficient, but more important to me, every time I go in you would think we have been friends forever. I love it!

At first the service adviser didnt want to be flexible on competitors price match, which I have done in the past. It all worked out in the end. Service was okay. Once I got the car was ready the advised it was being washed but it was never washed and waiting in the parking lot.
