I had a new radio installed and needed Gilbert Chevrolet to unlock the anti-theft from GM for me. It was done quickly and the customer waiting area is great. The only down side is this seemingly very simple service costs $180. Although I don't blame Gilbert Chevrolet for this, as that was the standard price at the few other locations I called to compare.
