Took vehicle in for scheduled maintenance check, received several requests to do additional add-ons that were not deemed necessary & would have exceeded $700. Also they reported an out of alignment on front end. I chose to take the vehicle to another provider to check the alignment & they found nothing wrong. I will not return to Germain Honda for service after this experience.

Good experience. Surprise additional repair needed, but they identified the problem and informed me of options, and were able to give me a discount on the extra service because of the work already done. Danielle our service advisor did a really great job walking us through the process, giving very clear explanations even delivering some bad news.

I was able to make an appointment for an A17 service the same day that I called. I was seen promptly and the entire service was completed in a timely manner (less time that originally estimated). The service advisor (Danielle) was polite, knowledgeable and understanding of my time constraints. If all future appointments were handled in the same manner, I would definitely not hesitate to use Germain Honda Service!

Went in to have service done. My truck was reassembled incorrectly and the wheels were not properly attached to the front axles. Ended up damaging my axles. The techs didn't believe I heard a strange sound, and I had to fight to get one to ride in the car and listen. After that, I was trapped for an additional 5 hours for more repairs and couldn't leave

Everyone was nice, and the repairs were completed as I expected except for one thing: the price was far higher than what was originally quoted. Apparently, my vehicle had a different transmission than what they thought, and the service was much more expensive. I had originally chosen this repair shop because of the price. It was a bit of a shock when it was twice as much as I originally anticipated.

Car was purchased as Certified Used in June. Germain inspected the car and determined that brake pads were 30% or lower and needed to be replaced. Took for a second opinion to a reputable Honda Service Department that evaluated the vehicle, test drove the vehicle and determined pads had at least 50% or more of use left and said to do nothing. Disheartening that this dealership would essentially perform malpractice.

I don't even know where to start. I used to go to Germain and I stopped going there because of the service they provide. For some reason I thought of going back to them and yet again nothing has changed. Their customer service is really bad. I don't think filling this will do any good.

I had a rather expensive service done to my car, and the service rep was not only attentive, but very accommodating. I was given a loaner car at no charge to me. Thankfully they were able to get it done in one day. While expensive, I thought they did a very good job. I have not had a problem.
