I absolutely had a fantastic experience as usual. Everybody is friendly/knowledgeable and I just have complete trust in them fixing my vehicle. I even freaked out a little with a light that came on as I drove away. Went back and was helped immediately...turns out it was the emergency parking brake. Had a good laugh and was relieved. The only place I go to as I know its A+ every visit.

Likes: Personalized service: My service rep, Tara met me at my car before I even got out and kept me informed every step of the way. Clean facility: Cleanest service shop I've ever seen. Hotel level waiting area: I thought I was at a flipping Hilton! Dislikes: Absolutely nothing!

Took my side mirror to get fixed. Told me to pick it up as car was ready and it fell while driving. Took it back and they had my car for one month. At one point they told me they other the mirror for the wrong side. When i finally got the car back after a Month m, the paint job on my mirror was lackluster at best. It had little bubbles on it. Doesn't not look right.

Service and people were good. But with the problem I was describing they seemed to not want to look into it and said all looks good. Drove home that day and car broke down 2 blocks from home. Was good but sketchy and seemed like they want to find the actual problem

Apparently, KIA and Hyundai engines have a propensity to burn oil at an alarming rate once over 100,000 miles. It is a problem acknowledged by KIA. However, I was informed that KIA would "possibly " consider assistance. meaning half of the $12,000 for a new engine. This "engine problem " was never mentioned to me on the numerous times I brought the car in for service. This will be the last time I will consider buying a KIA.

Very professional from check in to completion. I had horrible service at Napleton Kia in Elmhurst so I gave Gerald a shot. I could not be happier even though it is farther away from me. Good communication and polite with no random upselling.
