Little bit of mix up on time required. Letter said 15 minutes so I scheduled a Dr. appointment nearby an hour later. Alicia said the work could not be done in 15 minutes - reasonable. But I live about 20 miles away, hence the scheduling, I would have to cancel Honda to keep the Dr, appt. Alicia somehow got me on in pretty shortly and I was able to meet both appointments. s

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation also to check tire sensor. I was told when service was completed that all was fine with the sensor a week later sensor light came on the dash. Brought it back to service to be told there was a bad sensor. I had to wait over 2 hours when it could of been serviced when I came in initially.

Beware! They tried to sell my wife tires that we did not need. Tread is no where close to being worn out. They did not roate or balance our current tires due to thier scam. We are not goimg back and suggest anyone going be very cautious of their mechanics.

Since I had a long service (and recall) to be completed, Gerald Jones Honda got an Uber driver to take me home and pick me up when service was completed. I had a contact number to use if I had any questions. I was informed as progress was made. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous.

My vehicle was received at the appointed time. The waiting room was pleasant and comfortable. The service department did their best to locate and fix my intermittent problem but were unable to duplicate my complaint. I will drive it and see if the steering wheel shake becomes a regular problem.

You leave messages on the answering service and you dont get a call back. I took my car back to find out why its still not cooling. They cant find a problem. I called back to discuss the non cooking issue, left a message still no return call after a week.

From the moment I parked to the time I received my car, I received excellent assistance. I will need to return my car due to it not starting like it was before. I think the battery was disconnected in reference to the seatbelt recall. I will make another appointment to have it checked.

We were there for several hours. People with appointments should get priority. Maybe you should not allow cars to be dropped off overnight and then y'all have to take them before appointments. That is not fair.
