Except for the first recall service when they kept the van for a whole month, I haven't had any complaints with the service department. The van is cleaned and the service receipt shows what was done. They also honored a gift card they sent to lower the fees.

It took two weeks to have a diagnosis of a check engine light. It happened after the 68C recall with a 2 1/2 months waiting for a new battery. Then within a month, this happened. They claimed it was the coolant hose cracked. The code I received was P2E46 from my OBD2 Scan. At the end, they charged me $1400 to repair it. FYI. After 4 years of torture, I decided to sell it back to them. No more Jeep for me.
