My experience of gallery was completely different than any other dealership I've been to on my current search. They were extremely friendly upfront with no pressure. I ended up not buying The car because I decided on an automatic transmission but I really wanted to do business with them and I definitely will check with them first when I'm looking for my next car.

Ah, used cars. Such an adventure. That said and in my mind, I went to Gallery to look at two Ford Fiestas. Both had low mileage and looked (online) really nice. We arrive, the cars are there, they do look really nice. We test drive both. Almost settle on one. Then we drive the Focus that's ideal and only $500 more. Sold. The car was immaculate. Even the engine compartment. They handed me the CARFAX report. When we ask about the missing spare tire area cover, "Already ordered." The price...which was below $10K was the price and the dealer fee was a whopping $5. Wrote a check and by the time we settled the deal, the tire cover was in place and the temp tags were on the car. It's been a week and I'm still in shock. LOVE the car and really recommend the dealership.

Dealer tried to sell us a car that wasn't going to pass emissions. I found the failed emissions in the glove box of the car.

We are sorry you felt this way, wish you had brought it to our attention and we couldve explain to you the situation with that particular car. The vehicle initially had failed emissions because the monitors had not been reset due to a battery replacement. After driving the vehicle for about 40 miles, the monitors reset and the vehicle passed emissions with no issues. We did not remove the failed emissions paper from the glove box but the later passed emission with the passed safety inspection was also in the glove box. We strive hard to make sure that our cars are right for customers. If due to an over site the vehicle had not passed emissions we wouldve never put that on the customer as their issue. We wouldve taken full responsibility and took care of the problem Like we do if there is any other pre-existing issues with one of our vehicles after the sale. We have our vehicles inspected and serviced by a third-party doing our very best to make certain everything is right with a vehicle before purchase.
