Went in for a routine oil and filter change along with tire rotation and transmission fluid change and air filter and cabin filter to. Had rattle noise diagnosed underneath vehicle and was fixed. Excellent service and excellent work. All was completed right the first time.

Not good. I was there for a total of 24 minutes and charged $319.00 for labor. I thought this was excessive. Also I had black grease on passengers side door jam and on the carpet footrest under parking brake lever.

I was taken in at my appointment time. I waited while service was done. I had some coffee and before I knew it my car was done
There was a recall on my car which they took car of as well. They had sent me some coupons in the mail which helped a lot.

Due to character restrictions, I had to delete most of my review. "500 minimum" is actually 500 maximum. But that error is a reflection of the confusion and nonsense my recent service experience was with this outfit.
In short, the whole episode of a simple oil change was confusing, time (24 hrs) consuming and they charged me $78!!
That was their first and last service on my vehicle.
Lesson learned.

Brought car up there twice to fix squeaky brakes. Had it all day from 9am-5:10pm. Still have squeaky brakes. Don't have time or patience to take back a 3rd time. So I'm stuck paying to get fixed even though I just bought the car!!!!! I laughed when the guy up front called the guy working on my car a "Brake Specialist"
