Friendly service. Maintenance completed above satisfaction because they are timely. Price is high but I think about the quality of work and the Honda genuine parts used and that settles my anger. I wish there was a loyalty program. I would recommend they start a loyalty program to show their friendliness.

Recorded my concern led me to waiting area, informed me of refreshments, sent txt to advise me that if I had any concerns, an easy way to alert them. Gave me a price and met that price the first time, not like the other guys at suburban. Friendly, professional and trustworthy.

Took vehicle in for third time for same power window squeel after special order for part came in again. Waited an hour, car returned, heard the same squeel when raising or lowering window when I started to drive away. Got write up guy, he took it back to service area and they tell me the part was bent so didn't work. Same story last time. I have no confidence in this dealer's service area.

Service was fine at first but parts prices were extraordinarily overpriced. Also unbeknownst to me at the time, but occurring one week later, the electrical connection for the strut came undone because it was not seated properly during repair. This caused a Service Suspension System message to appear.

Great experience once I got to the dealership, sales and finance department was great to work with, but the communication prior was terrible. I reached out looking for information and was promised call backs with information on the vehicle and rates. Multiple times they never called me back and I had to follow up. I would work with this dealer again but they need to fix the communication issues.

Very friendly staff and clean dealership One thing I noticed when my car is at the service they don't check windshield fluid or engine coolant levels,. at BMW and KIA they tap all the fluid when I take my other cars to them for service.
