I was greeted by an attendant who explained the check-in and directed me to the waiting room. I was then approached by a service person who reviewed my service and what was needed. I was told the approximate wait time, which was how long I actually waited. I was given a discount coupon towards my service, and was satisfied with the entire experience.

Making the appointment is almost effortless. They immediately put it in your e-calendar/scheduling system and appropriately set up confirmation points, so there is no guessing or surprises prior to arrival. We left the car overnight, and it was done before the next workday was complete.

The service department to advantage of a young woman. Charging 140.00 for a cabin air filter and an engine air filter . Cost about 20.00 on amazon. They labor charge was about 120.00 to change 2 filter which took all about 30 seconds to do. I will Never go back and never buy a car from this dealership ever again .

The staff at Freehold Hyundai are so responsive, helpful, pleasant to deal with. The facility is comfortable and for the brief time I'm there, I can work on my laptop, which is awesome. They also have coffee and snacks - plus a vending machine for additional snacks. They will also shuttle to a place nearby if you need to run an errand while you wait for your vehicle. Love having my car serviced there.

The second engine on my 2017 Santa Fe (engine failed and was replaced at 84,000 miles) is failing, and Hyundai is refusing to even do an oil consumption test. I am having to add a quart of oil every 900-1,100 miles. They do not stand behind their product.

Poor communication. I reserved a loaner but then they had no record of it when the time of my appointment came. No one bothered to call me to tell me when the car was ready, I had to call multiple times myself. No work was done as parts had to be ordered and it was not known how long that would take.

Service rep, Josephine is condescending and rude. This is not the first time dealing w her attitude. Also, when my car was finished I was told it was outside just passed the service drop off area. Wind up walking the entire building to find it sitting right inside the service drop off area. Work on your customer service people!!!

This may be a repeat review for I was getting it rejected. I had service for my windshield wiper that needed replacement. Nick, who was my service rep also said I could have my oil change done and a recall. I didnt want this to be a long appointment, but he gave me a time that it would be done and it was! Nick also help fix an issue I had with my account.

Woman service rep said she try to have my car done by noon. I called at noon to check and she NEVER called me back. Car was done at 2:30pm. Point being, don't make promises you can't keep AND she should've called me back sooner with an update, NOT 2 hours later. Also way too expensive for a wheel alignment and an oil change. Not pleased with the experience
