Service was great. Great price, great advisor. The free multi point inspection was thorough & included a video with an explanation, which was very helpful. Location was busy & I never got called when my vehicle was completed. & The car wash wee forgotten, but overall Iam very satisfied with the service that I received & I will continue to visit this Fred Haas when I need my vehicle serviced.

I waited for three hours+. My appointment was at 7:00 am. I arrived at 7:15 and was greeted by agent. He took information and I waited in lobby. I received a diagnostic electronically around 8:30ish. I approved it and waited. It was until 11:00 that got message that my vehicle was ready. Still , I was another 10-15 minutes because paperwork was not available. I confide in your agency despite the pricing but I don't like the long wait.

when I leave Fred Haas Toyota World, I often have more questions than answers. Poor explanation or lack of technical solutions. Recent visit experienced upselling of unnecessary services, no explanation why service was necessary when proof showed there was no issue in the first place? My SA is always very busy, maybe their team needs more leadership support to really have time for Fred Haas Toyota World customers

The service technician was very unhelpful and tried to talk her service manager out of allowing me to use a coupon. She also tried to say my car took seven quarts of oil when it only takes 4.5. The service manager really came through and turned the experience around to a positive one.

Arrived at 7:30am for my scheduled appointment at the service department to have an oil change. Left 2 messages in a span of 2 hours between 3-5pm asking 'Is my truck ready?'. Finally got a call back at 5:12pm saying my truck didn't process in the 'system' but they were rushing it thru. Finally got a call at 5:55pm saying it was ready.

Outstanding personal service. While the wait was over 2 hours, Zachary stayed in touch throughout the process. A fine agent! Also appreciated the video of my RAV 4 in the service dock and the voice explanation, while a bit muffled, gave me a good overlook of the status of my vehicle and future needs.

I showed up 30 mins before my oil change, tire rotation & balance appointment time, sat in my car for the 30 minutes & then 10 more after my appointment time to have my service advisor come to me. Then I sat at the dealership until 1:35 for three things to get done on my vehicle. I was at the dealership from 9:30 - 1:35, not very thrilled about that. Not sure I will go back.

There has been a lot of improvement since my last visit. No matter what they did, you will see and feel the difference inside and out. One thing I need you to remember is to arrive exactly on time. You should not arrive too early, as they will not accommodate you. They will work according to your schedule, but they are punctual.

Service agent, Mr. Rafael Ayala , an expert in the field , very knowledgeable, and professional. I commend his job performance. Down side: It took a very long time to get the battery replaced.i arrived around 3:45 ish and was almost the last customer driving out along with the employees. Not very happy.

I liked that the job was completed. What I don't like is that I waited 3 hours to get an oil changed and rotated tires. It should not have taken that long. I was given my key, and I had to go on the parking lot and get my own vehicle while other people cars were being brought to them. Also, my light in my truck has not gone out yet letting me know it is time to change my oil. I think Toyota can do better than that.

Haas has done all the work on my 2014 Avalon from the time I bought it new. The car is now in its 11th year with 57,000 miles. I plan to keep it for another 10 years before I head off to the nursing home. As you can I don't drive much but when I do I want a safe, reliable car and the Avalon fits the bill.

But last them with the oil changed it was a issue I saw a gasket hanging off under my truck I hope next time can improve and make sure all parts that they move put it back please , I was very disappointed when I saw that.
