I have only ever had 1 bad experience at Fred Haas and that employee is no longer there. I get my oil changed every 2 months because how much I drive, and My experience has always been great. (expect that once)

Our service advisor was Rick. He is always very nice, and listens to my concerns. Unfortunately, the mechanic could not duplicate the noise I heard, so they couldn't fix the problem, but I'm sure they will if it starts happening again. The service is always wonderful here... I even walked outside to make a call, and one of the sales people asked if I needed anything. This dealership is hands down the best at customer service!

It is the worst my car is supposed to be a brand new car but is not they scratch the paint twice trying to fix the crooked emblem and the wich by the way i still the same way the manager there had the oddasity to tell me that his biggest mistake was taking care of the problem and told me to take the car somewhere else to get it fixed they don't care about anything but getting your money that's all they care for the big CASH.

Hi Jose Carlos, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit. We understand that you are frustrated with the emblem replacement that you requested we do in spite of the fact that it was meeting factory specifications. Remember that we took you to the inventory lot and showed you all the other Muranos to demonstrate that your emblem was in the exact position as the emblems on every other Murano. With all that being said, we still went ahead and replaced your emblem at our expense knowing that Nissan North America would not warranty the repair. We also provided you a rental car at no charge so that you would not be inconvenienced. We apologize for the scratch that your car sustained at some point that went unnoticed by both you and us at Service pick up.. Even though it was brought to our attention at a later time, we accepted responsibility and made the repair at our cost. The reason why it's important to mention these items is because contrary to what you stated in your review we do care about our customers and their level of satisfaction with their experience both during and after the sale. We have not refused you service and we are more than happy to continue to assist you in the event that you need assistance with your vehicle. Asked for Oil change and Tire rotation. They did other complimentary checks. The battery did not pass their test and they replaced it for free as the original was still under warranty. Liked the proactive preventive maintenance. Also got $10 off on oil change after showing a coupon from their service website. Overall happy with their service and will definitely recommend it.

It was a unplanned visit, the wait wasn't too long. The courtesy and level of service was great. In fact I spoke to the general manager and service manager personally to tell them how professional their staff was on a previous visit to get my clutch replaced!

The service was very good, fast, executed with quality and the dealership has a good lobby with TV, internet and coffee. After the service, the car was released with a safety tape on the elastics that surround the windshield. I was advised to remove the tape after 48 hours for best result of the service.

Pre-certified 2016 Murano suffered battery failure 5-days after taking delivery of car, stranding us at a funeral! Vehicle had to be towed to shop, but dealer made it right w/new battery and positive terminal cable. But Pre-cert team missed the failing OEM battery on 3-year old vehicle.
