They took my car in at my appointed time. The work was done within the time I was told it would, give or take 15 minutes. The waiting area was nice with TV, sears, tables and a couple of vending machines.

Yvonne was very responsive and made sure my loaner was delivered and the repairs done on time. I would have given them 5 stars except for how expensive the repair was. Over $900 years to replace the bottom section of the passenger-side intercooler hose. I cant believe it takes 4 hours to replace a hose.

Completed warranty repair. However after completing repair the water reservoir filler was missing. This shop needs to check their work after servicing vehicles to ensure everything is functioning and all parts are replaced. This was my first time visiting this shop. The service tech was friendly and communicated efficiently.

It was time for new brakes. Service started at my appointment time and wss completed in a timely fashion. A caliper needed replacing (this was a warranty item). Part was ordered for the next day. I was able to take the car home and return in the morning. The work was again done in a timely fashion. Henry, my customer service person, was excellent overall. I purchased my car here and do all of service here. They do not disappoint.

I went over that day and said that the roof lights of my car were not on and needed repairs. I didn't repair it and the car lights still didn't turn on, so I charged me 150 yuan for the repair fee, saying it was a test fee, and I didn't do anything, which is too unreasonable. Very bad! It's a robber!

I was scheduled for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival, the service department has started this process first of checking the alignment for all vehicles (which is a good thing). However, given the awful condition of NY roads, its inevitable that this process is needed more often than regularly scheduled. Bottom line, it is not cost effective to drive in the five boroughs of NY.

During a routine oil change and tire rotation service, their technician was able to diagnose a throttle problem which required the plate to be cleaned.
