They were friendly, and tried to be helpful, but I scheduled my appointment, and left my car there all day (10 hours), and they didn't work on it. So now I get the inconvenience of having to do it all over again. They also do not accept extended warranty work, so if I want Ford to do it, I have to take it to the other side of the city.

Quick Lane at Ford Country is my go-to for routine maintenance. Gloria always greets me cheerfully when I roll in for service, and she keeps me informed when the maintenance is complete. I never wait long. By the time I finish breakfast at Mustang Sally's, it's time to go. Thanks to Ford's rewards program, several of my maintenance visits have been free.

There was an unexpected recall on my 2025 Explorer. Ford Country service advisor reached out to my husband to advise of this and took it upon themselves to schedule an appointment to meet him at his work and fix the issue. This was above and beyond our expectations. This is what keeps us coming back to them for our vehicles.

Whoever answered the phone when I phoned, told me no one would come to my aid where I was at 1/2 mile away with a dead battery, but I knew better about my Ford Service Dept. I asked her to send Bob or Bill over and she argued with me. I was angry and insistent (but not rude or vulgar) and she finally transferred me to my Ford Service Dept, who sent Bob or Bill over to jump start my car so I could drive it to the dealership for service.

Mobile service is great! Mikey conducted the recall fix in my garage and he was very informative afterwards. It saved me the hassle of dropping off my car at the dealership and waiting maybe a day or two to get my car back. Kudos to the gal who made my mobile appointment. Without her recommendation to do so, I would have done the time consuming drop off instead. Thanks Mikey and gal who made my appointment!

My Ford F150 was towed into country Ford in Henderson because it wouldn't start. They didn't diagnostic on it and found that my battery was dead. They also recommended me getting extra service which I did gladly. When I go to country Ford, I always get superior service.

Beyond regular maintenance Found a problem with "engine light) -fixed and replaced rear window motor that other Ford dealers(FIESTA FORD) in Indio, CA could not. Arrived in Henderson,directly to you and corrected next day! You're the best of both worlds! I'm a Ford consumer 57years since. Joe.

They are always professional, on time and friendly. They tell me upfront what they are doing to the car. This gentleman was aware and concerned that the condominium might not like them to work on the car on the premises so they moved it out on to the public street.

Upon pulling up to the service writer area I was greeted by a smiling person, asked what I was here for, pointed me direction of service writer some 15 paces away. Once with service writer went over what i came in for and what they recommended (stuff I was unaware of that can be done) based on the mileage of my truck. Signed approval of most things and I was out the door with a cup of coffee awaiting my ride to show up. So smooth...

There was grease on the door, steering wheel and most notably on the door threshold where I watched the velet grind his filthy shoes. Additionally he stopped just short of entering the drive through to visit with another employee while we stood in the cold 100 feet away waiting.

Service technician was very slow on taking care of of brakes which what I brought the vehicle in for (2d time). Had appointment still took all day. This is not the first time receiving very poor service. I am through with this ford company. The employees act like kids and don't care if you get the service you expect.

Liked every thing. Service was quick and complete. Car was purchased in December, one year ago. Mileage very close to 6,000. This 2023 Ford Edge is very easy to drive (especially with such a good gas rate available.) However, my wife is 89 and I am 93. Life has been great. Ron and Pauline Ives

Everything that was promised was done well. It took a little longer than expected and the manager did a great job of making it up to me. Plenty of places to wait, and all employees I encountered were great. My only gripe, if you can call it that, is that there is only a kuerig machine for coffee. I can't remember the last time I've seen that. Cmon, spring for a real, commercial machine that makes a better cup!

Service advisor kept us apprised of the needed repairs and status of the same. R/R the water pump, serpentine belts, thermostat and new coolant. R/R an ac actuator, as well as changing the oil/filter. The entire fuel system was flushed to ensure complaints were addressed.

My 2004 Ford Ranger XLT Edge was in the Ford shop responding to an air bag recall. That was pretty straight forward and I left the truck there at 7am with a 5pm completion of the work. Well around 5pm, I had not received any word that the truck was ready. At 5:15pm I called the shop and went into their voice system. No truck that day. Bummer. To put it in simple terms, good physical mechanical work, but poor communications.
