I had 2 or 3 recalls, the rep tells me to bring it in on a certain date, which is 2 Week later, so that all the parts would be in. When I brought it in, another rep tells me that the fuel pump wasn't available. I turned it in on Friday, and picked it up on Monday afternoon. I agreed to wait for 2 weeks so that everything can get done all at once, only to find out that it did not.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my wife's car to repair Ac after 3 months they've kept it telling me one thing and another charged me over a thousand dollars in parts that supposedly warranty didn't cover they told me it was an electric al issue they tried to fix it 2 days later called me said car caught on fire and burnt know I have no car and still dealing with the insurance and paying money out of my pocket for Rental!

I visited this location for 3 recalls on my Mustang. When I arrived to my service appointment ( scheduling and all questions asked) I was greeted promptly. Steven then became my contact through the process. Steven was very patient with my questions and explained the process. The work was completed in a timely manner. And Steven was great as well as Leo who took my car from service to the bay.

We utilize the quick lane as we live out of town. Everyone was courteous and we got our vehicle in a timely manner so we could be on our way. We need to get our rear-view camera and shocks done. However, we live out of town and cannot leave our vehicle as it is the only one we have leaving us with no transportation.

Expensive from $80 to $125 is ridiculous. Car wash experience was worse than when I came in. Water spots everywhere, and WET! You need to offer coupons for reoccurring customers! Hours ae already too short for a normal work schedule. I miss one hour wages just trying to get my SUV serviced. And your customer service by phone is still horrible!

they picked my vehicle up and returned it in time quoted. What I didn't like was my radio was on a AM station and I have Sirius AND I had to call Kenyetta Jackson to instruct me how to remove the "parking brakes" so I could get in my garage, Kenyetta was VERY helpful.

I had an excellent experience with Ford Country and in particular, my service advisor, Seth Bybee. My 2019 Raptor needed the cam phasers replaced. This is an expensive, time consuming repair. Seth communicated with me throughout the process and was extremely helpful from start to finish. Dropping off, rental car, repair estimate, actual repair were all seamless and simple. I was notified when the tech was arriving. I received a phone call from the tech advising me he was on the way. When he arrived he explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. Very personable and obviously very knowledgeable. I have never had someone from a dealership come to my home to make vehicle repairs and thank Ford Motor Company for making that convenience possible.

Service was rude and very unhelpful the oil change dept they were nice said they would wash my car but they didn't . The last 2 times I brought my car in they did not top off the fluids I had no windshield wiper fluid. I really hope they perform the service they say they do because the fact that they didn't twice in the past scares me.

Life demands upended my schedule. Showed up as a walk-in, requested quick service. Service person was excellent, he said he would the best he could, I could accept that. About 45 minutes later the vehicle was finished!!! Made next appointment on time. Thank You Ford Country for getting the job done!! Steve was great. He did his best to meet all my needs. Fords system is broke. They need to print out appointments before customer comes in. See the problem that is coming in. You can pre set appointments with other vendors (proactive). This could save customer wait time.

I requested service for an alert on the 12 volt battery. The battery was replaced as requested but the department completed a duplicate service that was not confirmed in their system. They completed the 20K service which included a tire rotation and balance in June 2025 which does not follow Ford's recommended maintenance schedule.

Just saying, Ford Country is one of the better Dealerships in Vegas personally saying. Wish I got a rental this time from Ford but they were out of anything I could use!! But got a good deal from Budget Rentals when I let them know my truck was getting fixed for the next week and a half!

The customer service was extremely poor. I was quoted $100 for the service, but when they arrived to pick up the vehicle, the price suddenly increased to $125. When I questioned the change, I was told it was "only" $25 more, which was unprofessional. After the service, my car still showed 6% oil life, indicating the oil was not changed at all. The tires were significantly overinflated, and I do not believe they were rotated as promised.

Your write up man Steve Arreola listened to me. He explained all that was going to be done at a 100,000+ miles. He said my car would be ready the next day and it was. He knew his way around cars, old and new. He was thorough. Only misstep was after the oil change they forgot to set the oil life left gauge back to 100%. I did it, no problem. All other service was done without a hitch. Thanks for washing my car.
