Your write up man Steve Arreola listened to me. He explained all that was going to be done at a 100,000+ miles. He said my car would be ready the next day and it was. He knew his way around cars, old and new. He was thorough. Only misstep was after the oil change they forgot to set the oil life left gauge back to 100%. I did it, no problem. All other service was done without a hitch. Thanks for washing my car.

Car Fax report looks good Service at the dealer garage is good sometimes the dealer has given me a report for recommended services and also sent emails for recommended items that have been completed several months earlier. I have mentioned this verbally and have sent emails twice. At the garage I was told something about a computer /printer error. No response to the emails.

Service Advisor Meraid Strong attempted to up sale 4 services she claimed were denied at a previous service. I declined all 4 since I had reviewed my past service records which did not indicate the services. I am disappointed and seriously questioning what Ford is attempting to gain by misleading customers.

We dropped off our car on October 3, 2025 for a Manufacturing Recall and we received our car yesterday November 21, 2025. We contacted Ford Customer Service because there was no communication about what was happening. It took a month for repairs. They delayed our car payment for 2 months to compensate us for the delay of repairs.

I was charged for services that were not performed. The tires were not rotated, the pressure was not checked and the tires were not set to the correct pressure. It was ok. I left the guy a voicemail, but he must have not heard me. The F250 has a death wobble problem, and I wanted them to check over everything to make sure it was tight and not worn down. They didn't do the inspection, and I didn't want to take the time to complain about it and leave the truck there for another 3 or 4 days.

Factory recall for windshield seal was denied. Ford sent us the notice and still denied. 12v battery recall also sent to us and Ford denied it. Even though we've been locked in the car multiple times due to this issue. But they'll fix it for $400 + . What a load of cr@$

Less than satisfied. They called and said everything was fine, the service was finished. The car failed the coolant test, stating there was a coolant leak. Did not notice this in the paperwork until getting home, 125 miles south. Tried to call service, no one answers the phone, no returns calls? Guess they do not want customers .

The visit felt as if it was a hotel stay. The staff was very welcoming. Gloria who checked me in was very informative and helpful throughout the entire time I was there. They even had a diner in which on a Saturday morning was the best option while I waited to for them to service the vehicle.

Not good my car is still having the same problem !! I don't understand why going to go somewhere else get my car check all over again , my car still having problems reversing and check engine light still comes off and on and driving poorly just start doing this 2 days ago and I still cover with Extended warranty that I pay for every month through Ford not happy at all

I have never had a bad experience at Ford Country. I started bringing in my Explorer at 30,000 miles to the Ford Country Service Department. Service Department tells you what's needed and the total cost, and for my 100,000 mile check-up, my car was in excellent condition and only needed the oil change and tire rotation!
