I brought it in for my oil change and two other issues 1) a loss of MPG and 2) my Idle stop stopped working altogether, two items that are important to me and yet they do not know why, that is what they told me, if your service department doesn't know why the Idle stop has stopped working completely then in my opinion your not qualified to be in that field

Floyd Traylor Honda provided a great service in helping me trade my vehicle and find a new car. Justin was our salesman and was really a great help, and allowed us plenty of space to determine what we wanted, but always close by to keep things rolling. Financing staff were respectful, friendly, and prepared/organized, which made that end of things very easy and smooth. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for service.

My car was in the shop all day on Sept. 11, I did not get a call during that time. I called and waited for some time before I was told that parts had to be ordered, and those would be ready by Sept. 13. The parts were not ordered for when I called a week later.

Aside from it taking 3 weeks. A scratched plastic screen by the odometer. No communication. A scratched back bumper area (I seen this happened..backed it into the black fence behind the shop). It was drove 250 miles while they had it. And it was returned dirtier then when they got it and (I'm assuming was when they had it cause it didn't happened within the week and a half while I had it a chipped windshield. Could have been better.

The warranty-covered service was easy to schedule and the repair/replacement of malfunctioning part was made in a timely manner. Courtesy of service department was also greatly appreciated, as they carefully reviewed the work that was completed. I was able to drive off with a engine that "purred" and enjoy a nice drive home!

The only problem I had was connecting with the service department. I called one morning and was told to leave my name and contact number. Not being contacted,I called again in the afternoon and left my name and number but again not contacted . The following day my call was answered by the service department. I was pleased, as always, by the service to the car.

I always have excellent service at Fort Smith's Floyd Traylor Honda no matter what is being performed on my car. Everything is always explained fully prior to service as well as after service. Just had my recalled part installed this time. Super happy that has been completed. I always stay on top of any issues with my vehicle and have been known to drive them for 15 years without major issues.

I was so pleased. Forehand is the best man, he really room care of my handicap car for me. My dad is an amputee and that is what i bought the car for cash outright. The service boys are just awesomely great. I just had knee surgery and he sent me with a lonner car to get my surgery done. I am so greatful for the service. I had my car serviced to replace something that was causing a noise when driving. I was made aware that only one was being replaced even though more than one was worn out. Once service was complete, I was made aware that the noise was still present and that it should be replaced soon.
