I had my car serviced to replace something that was causing a noise when driving. I was made aware that only one was being replaced even though more than one was worn out. Once service was complete, I was made aware that the noise was still present and that it should be replaced soon.

It's taken a while to get them up to speed but the service dept has grown in experience and customer care over the last few years. Kudos to Jorge, D.T., Miguel and Tomas for taking care of my family and our four Hondas. They always greet me by name and are polite and helpful. The biggest improvement has been in communication with me and utilizing new email and messaging services to remind and schedule maintenance.

I bought my Honda Accord in for a recall. The service was great. I have a message come on the instrument area when I shut my car off. The message says there's a system update available check my owers manual but it didn't work. When I had it in for the recall I ask for the message to be remove. I was told no one knew how to do it except the head tec person and he wasn't available.

The service department is always very nice. Tomas is great to deal with because he takes time to listen to your concerns. They always answer the phone and will speak with you. Lots of dealerships no longer have that. They provided a car for me while they worked on my car. I'm very pleased.

Always great service at the Fort Smith, AR Honda location. They go through the entire work done on your car, what was discovered good or bad, and let you know of any upcoming maintenance issues needing to be done and the mileage at which they should be done.

The service was performed in a timely and thorough manner. The technician at Traylor is the best. Tomas the service writer and Jorge the service manager were courteous and professional. All required maintenance was performed, and the car returned before the estimated completion time with a complimentary car wash.

I was disappointed because they changed my filters without permission so I wasn't expecting the cost. I was only given a 15% discount and thought it should have been more than that since it was an unexpected expense for me. I understand my filters were dirty but I just wanted them to ask permission first.

My battery died leaving me stranded in a parking lot. I had AAA send a tow truck to take my car to Floyd Traylor Honda on a Saturday knowing they had a skeleton crew. Even so, they had my car running again that afternoon!! Highly recommend their service!
