An unexpected breakdown is unnerving at best. I was headed home and my car wouldn't start at all. It was towed to Flo Maza. Travis called me first thing the next morning and scheduled the service. Totally not a fun time but Flow (Travis are) made it easier. Great appreciation, and happy ending.

Dealership was their Porsche store. Service was excellent, timely and effective. Waiting area clean and well stocked with amenities. Comfortable. Service manager and service advisor are excellent! Cannot be beat! Good selection of preowned cars as well as new. Highly recommend Porsche Charlottesville!

It was really fine. Tronic subscriptionhe service manager met me and within a few minutes the car was taken to a mechanic who discovered that the original owner never cancelled his subscription and the mechanic sent a request out by mail to have the owner cancel the service so I can start a new subscription.

Extremely poor communication all the way up the food chain including the service manager and the General Manager. No return calls. Service hours were doubled from the 2 major guides. No help whatsoever arranging rentals

The 2019 Beetle Convertible SEL was not ready when appointment was set up. Had 6 scratches and passenger door had a long black mark on it. Salesman said it was overlooked and would have their touch up crew to look at the repairs on Tuesday. If I would have come Monday I would have wasted my time. I live in Maryland 3 1/2 hours away. I told the salesman that Im no longer interested in buy that car.
