They are great! They always get me in and out as I live 70 miles or so plus away from Vegas so they will always rake care of me. They off to take me to the stores but I prefer to stay they have complimentary coffee tea machines great huge machine for espresso cappuccino lounge area is comfy.

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. the service was perfect the first time! other places I have taken my car for repair service we sloppy, way overcharged for everything. this was my first time using this dealership/service . I will from here on out only use this location for my VW GTI .Ive learned the hard way the good repair shops are hard to come by in our city. but my faith has been restored thanks to Findlay VW Henderson.

I like that the yellow engine light doesn't light up , at least up to until 3 days later. However, as a try to open the trunk today, Sunday, it wouldn't unlock. It stacked! A lot of settings on the dash were changed but I don't mind that. I'm able to take care of the dash. But the trunk won't open. I may have to call and take it back.

First rate service. Had my VW serviced since 2018 when I bought it from them. Always took great care to explain in detail what needed to be done, took care of any servicing professionally and my car was well looked after. My service representative Brandi Magbual was outstanding. She even ordered me an Uber when servicing was going to take a bit longer.

I always have had the best service with Findley VW. The people are friendly. They also don't push sales on me. I have never experienced where they have tried to tell me my car needs more service done then actually needed which is rare anymore. I recommend Findley VW to anyone needing their VW serviced.

Findlay VW to The Rescue!!! My battery died!!! It was at least 100 degrees outside and I am stranded. So I called Findlay VW because they fixed my car 2 weeks ago!!! Thank you Dina!!!! When you live in a desert like we do, you clearly can't be out in the heat too long. We understand that and do everything in our power make sure you aren't out there for too long. Sorry your battery died, but thankful we were able to get someone out ASAP so you didn't burn up!
