My initial adviser was fantastic but when he went for lunch break and my truck recall work was completed it was very difficult to get the other advisors to check me out. This resulted in 30 of minutes of unnecessary wait time and there was only two other customers visible and three advisers behind the counters.

Everything went as well as I hoped it would. Easy check in, the vehicle that I had set up to rent for the day was correct and ready us. My first time at this dealership and I was a bit worried that it could take most of the day for the different procedures that I had requested, but they called and said the car was ready earlier than I expected. Everything worked out perfectly for us us.

From the time I brought my scheduled service into the bay and picking up my vehicle, the service was five star's. The service personnel were very professional and seem trustworthy, unlike Ford-Galpin folks. I have no problem with returning my vehicle for any type of servicing needed in the future.

We have gone to Findlay Toyota Prescott numerous times over the years for services to our Rav 4. Each time we ask for service writer Jason and he has never failed us. He is efficient, courteous and knowledgable. Could not recommend Jason or Findlay Toyota more.

Jason is our service writer and has always done an excellent job. He never tries to upsell us is very considerate and double checks to make sure everything is done correctly. If a job is going to take awhile he makes sure we promptly get a free shuttle to and from our house. We could'nt be happier with our service.

The rental car persomn told me that the rental had 3 miles on it and was on a full tank and that I MUST make sure that it was on full when brought back.
I ran out of gass only a few miles from the dealer and was on a bridge with a baby!

Exceptional service! I've been is sales for over 40 years. This Company is professional and really knows how to take care of their customers. My next vehicle will definitely be a TOYOTA. Miguel was able to get me in with my busy schedule, then they provided me with a ride home. Just can't beat that!!!
