Did not attempt to upsell me too much on things that I didn't need. Only recommended simple maintenance fluid flushes. Some places will take advantage and scare you into doing maintenance you may not need. Did not experience that here. Also their prices are pretty reasonable for service. They treated my 392 charger the way it should be and handled it well.

Follow up and communication is not good. When you call service department to see if parts are in, they just transfer you to parts department. you then have to be transferred back to service to schedule appointment. Don't understand why I have a service rep if he can not help me with all of my service.

I was met as I came into the service area. Jason told me that he would let me know when the work was completed. I had a request that he look at the radio as we were concerned that it wasn't working correctly. He sent me a text as soon as we were in the waiting area to tell us we could contact him anytime. When the work was complete he let us know it was done. I was treated respectfully and felt everything had been done that was needed.

They have great prices and very friendly and helpful service people. My only complaint was that after agreeing on a price for my used vehicle after sending pictures and the VIN, when I arrived there after a 12 hour drive, they reduced the amount offered by $1,000. Other than that, the experience was very smooth and rewarding.

Manager of services was very rude and not understanding about spending $600 for 3 hours of "inspection" for my vehicle. When i picked up my vehicle they left me with no coolant so i was immediately overheating a mile away. Overall the worst dealership I have dealt with.

The car shifter switch was found to be bad. The switch was placed on order. I brought the car home after a month and half wait on parts. I found the button on the shifter to be out of place. Snap the button back in place and switch was bad after all. More attention needed to placed on fixing the problem. A simple fix by mechanic, also I paid for New Shifter in advanced.

The work was done in a timely manner and the tech person was friendly. When our car was finished it was blocked in so I couldnt pick up my husband so someone drove it around the back for us and parked it right by where my husband was waiting. All the maintenance items were done and we were able to leave.

Bad Rating. They had my car 4 days. When I got it home. I found my thermostat still in a box on front seat. Never installed. I had already paid to have it put on. They wouldn't return my calls for over a week. Now I have to take car back to have work completed.

We still do not have our vehicle back. We went many days with no transportation at all. At ages 87 and 83 and caregivers for a 92 year old this was critical! They say they can't get parts because of the auto workers strike. We at least do have a loaner vehicle .

I requested oil change, tire rotation including the spare tire, and 27-point inspection. They forgot to include the spare tire (they always forget, despite me specifically requesting it at check-in) and they say the inspection was done and everything's fine but they don't provide a report. If they can't remember to include the spare tire, how can I trust they actually did the inspection if they don't provide a report?

Fuel injectors and spark plugs replaced plus 50,000 service and tune-up. All at a cost to us of nearly $1100. Difficult to take, but it runs like a new vehicle as well it should! We were without transportation for 10 days as they could not provide a courtesy vehicle. We had Doctor appointments to arrange for transportation with a neighbor and family member. The whole experience was a nightmare for an 87 and 83 year old!

I took my 2014 ram in for diagnostics check. The dealership had my truck overnight. I got billed for the diagnostics check. The thing is I had my port tied up under the drivers steering column with my Uconnect adapter plugged in. My adapter never went off line. So..was there truly a diagnostics check done?
