They did the service, but they false advertise their prices and blame it on their own website. I can understand if the price difference was like $20-$50, but it was slightly over $200. The only reason why I went there was because of the price. They only get 2 stars because they performed the service. I'm going back to my normal dealership. Definitely avoid this place.

The service at Falveys was fine. They were pleasant and helpful. The problem was with Chrysler. There is a known problem with the antilock brakes on the Ram 2500 which should be a recall. Truck went into the shop on Nov 9. I got it back on January 6. 4 stars for Falveys. 2 star for MOPAR.

They were very quick and friendly. I would like to suggest that water and coffee be available to waiting customers. It is at other dealerships I have been to. I had to buy a bottle of water while waiting for my car. Other than that everything and everyone involved was great.
