I had scheduled my service for just oil change and I had someone else take it in and they were swindled into more service that I really didn't need it so I'm slightly disappointed with the service I received this is the first time that that's happened. I have taken my car here forever so hopefully it doesn't happen again that was my experience. Thanks.

I have found, for the most part, only professional and courteous service from the folks at Falcone. With the exception of a minor scheduling issue, and the Subaru battery issue (which Falcone was instrumental in resolving), I have been very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend Falcone to anyone.

They were initially very responsive and clear with expectations. However, when the repair was complete they hadn't installed key parts and didn't catch it in the inspection. I returned the next day and they made it right but the car should not have passed inspection and been returned to me.

After waiting for a tow truck for hours because of a breakdown, we tried to get into the service department and it took another 2 hours, the service writer was very rude and had an attitude with us. For a dealership we had to go to, Falcone had a chance to shine and they did not, I can not recommend this service department to anyone.
