Hard to rate this one! Advisor did not follow up and when I picked up my truck, kind of brushed off. This was second time in for issue! Seems like the mechanic did a thorough inspection and repair (5 stars). The dealership is terrible, could not even get a courtesy ride because there limit is 10 miles! Receptionist at serve was fantastic (5 stars). If there was another Ford dealership nearby, I would be going there!

Excellent service center I visited in a while. they went above and beyond. they found stuff that I or the OBD scanner didn't find. the service center in that dealership was top notch. kept me informed the whole time my suv was in the shop. if you need your Ford or any other kinda car fixed. visit Fairway Ford service center first.

My initial customer experience specialist passed me off to another associate. She was amazing and helped me through the process. I have other issues that have been ongoing with the vehicle, and my vehicle is not alone. Ford has done nothing to address the issues, as I have brought it to the attention of service teams in my previous state (Georgia). Needless to say, I won't ever buy another Ford again.

Service was good and I recommend - disappointed though that cause of issue was not found - last year had a similar situation and different fuse was blown/cracked. Not sure why this is happenoing at the location that it is and can be VERY dangerous as the car just turns off while driving. That issue didnt seem to be a high concern of the people I dealt with.

Ray in the truck shop is excellent. Very knowledgeable on current parts issues, recalls, service schedules and great customer service. Top notch. I bought my new truck from another dealer because they didnt have any but when I went back to the dealer regarding some defective parts they ignored my concerns. I took my truck to Ray and he ordered the Same parts that the other dealer ignored. All under warranty.
