Was told over the phone the recalls would take 2 hours to complete after arriving for my appointment the service desk informed me the recall repairs would take 4 to 5 hours to complete. Luckily it was still finished before having to go to work but still give the right amount of time the first so people can plan accordingly.

Easy scheduling and quick turn around on the air bag recall. Contrary to a lot of reviews about other dealers not taking care of the vehicle while it was being repaired, Fairfield Ford did an excellent job with the replacement. You would never know any work was done. Will definitely use them for all my future service needs.
