The staff was great. Informed them that I brought the vehicle in for recalls and an issue with the curtain for my moonroof. They informed me that phasers needed to be replaced while under warranty. They issued me a loaner and I was on my way. They called to inform me when everything was complete about a week later. I took the loaner back and licked up my Explorer. The vehicle runs great and the curtain issue has been resolved. I'm happy

Nothing on the paperwork states . Very disappointed and my 2025 Bronco may just get traded in at the chevy dealership. They reprogrammed the transmission and said bothing was wrong .

Lens cracked when removed and Fair Oaks Ford will not honor due to the lens being cracked. ??? This on top of Fair Oaks Ford employees taking customers autos in service for personal trips. Talked to service manager after getting car back who understood. Had to negotiate agreed upon price back down. Will give Fair Oaks one more chance but if not good, will find some other dealership.

No matter what the service problem it is fixed correctly the first time, their service tech's take your infor, pass on to the mech. find the problem and relay the info to you and if you want they will give recommendation as to how to best service your vehicle, this is the best service care location I have ever used in all the time I have been driving (almost 60 years).
