It was April 17 when I sent an inquiry for a posted 2006 Lexus LX470 from Extreme Autoplex. The following day Miguel sent me an email corresponding to my inquiry and offered his assistance. I then moved on to look at other vehicles of the same model and make to compare that suits my budget. Miguel followed through text and email about its availability. He was patient and accommodating making sure all my questions are addressed. They eventually lowered down the price which is a good thing for me. I am from Las Vegas, and buying a vehicle from thousands of miles away can be nerve racking. Miguel has answered all my questions and is transparent so far with the details of the vehicle as I am very picky and meticulous on cars. I am 2 days away in picking it up at their dealership in Texas and will drive all the back to Las Vegas with this vehicle along with my 2 kids. I hope it turns out well and they prepare the vehicle for the long haul. Price is good, customer service is 9 out of 10, the quality of the vehicle is yet to be proven of its good as advertised. I will make another write up as soon as I have the vehicle and safely parked it in my garage.
