Service advisor was attentive and processed my request with careful listening. I was given an estimated time to complete but they went beyond that. I would have referred if they would have updated before they went beyond the time they told me. The waiting room had tv, coffee and internet access which made the time go by.

I was very pleased w/service dept. Everything was explained thoroughly re: what needed to be done to my CRV. Reception area was clean; coffee was great and I was given a coupon for a FREE Car wash! Service time was 10 minutes earlier than I was told.
